PROLENE™ Monofilament Suture, Blue, Size 4-0, 18", Pc-5 Needle is a nonabsorbable sterile surgical suture composed of an isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene. It is a synthetic monofilament suture engineered for minimal tissue reactivity and long-term tensile strength retention.

The suture is designed for use in general soft tissue approximation and ligation, and is particularly suited for cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological surgeries.
